"I was privilaged to be accepted into Amanda's Six Week Rider Balance Challenge. The six weeks are progressive with the first two weeks of intensive reprogramming muscle memory for the rider to correct their position and the next 4 weeks consolidate and confit these muscles. Within a few weeks of starting I got very sick with pneumonia and Amanda was very accommodating when it came to my mentoring and zoom sessions. I was riding when I could and still completing my set tasks. I can highly recommend what Amanda has to offer.
